Casual Chef de Partie – Billy Barry’s Hotel, North Sydney Billy Barry’s Hotel is seeking a skilled and passionate Casual Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team in North Sydney. This casual role is ideal for individuals with mid-senior level experience in hospitality, focusing on morning and lunch shifts to deliver high-quality dishes and memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality. Assist in the management of kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation. Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to develop new menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as required. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen environment. Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
